SCHOOL and BEYOND |
South Land Park Montessori School students have found that education is a positive adventure and continue on in a very impressive and gradifying path.
Students while still attending South Land Park Montessori School, in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, have taken classes during the summer from the Academic Talent Search (ATS). This program provides academically challenging, fast-paced, and enriched coursework to highly able and motivated 6th through 9th grade students in Northern California.
High School Application Process
South Land Park Montessori School evaluations, teacher recommendations, standardized tests, student grades and high school entrance and placement examinations along with personal interviews make up the majority of criteria that the high schools use in their acceptance process.
Every South Land Park Montessori School graduate has been accepted to the high school of their choice. To enable students to make appropriate high school admissions decisions, South Land Park Montessori School provides a comprehensive individualized high school counseling program for all students and parents beginning in 5th grade. Representatives of the local high schools come by the school to make presentations and invite students to come to visit their school.
Here Christian Brothers High School came by the school to talk to our students.
