For the first sports term, the Adolescent Class had golf lessons at the Bing Maloney Golf Course, across the street from the school. As part of the class, they had golf etiquette and rules. This qualified them for a Junior Golf card with the City of Sacramento, that gave them a 40% golfing discount card good until age 18. Two of the golf pro's (Travis and Larry) gave six lessons and the final session they played a round on the Executive Nine.
